  1. Visit any PETRONAS station nationwide.
  2. Proceed to the Kedai Mesra counter and inform the cashier that payment will be made with the PETRONAS e-Voucher.
  3. Access the PETRONAS e-Voucher via the designated URL provided and select “View Barcode.”
  4. Present the PETRONAS e-Voucher barcode to the cashier to redeem.
    Note: Screenshots and printed copies will not be accepted.
  5. Upon successful validation, the redemption will be completed and the purchase will proceed accordingly.
  6. The PETRONAS e-Voucher can be used for purchase of fuel products such as PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive, PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race, and PETRONAS Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 with Pro-Drive
  7. Users may utilise the PETRONAS e-Voucher in addition to payment using cash or credit/debit card to complete their purchase transaction.

Petronas (Petroliam Nasional Berhad) is Malaysia’s national oil and gas company, wholly owned by the government. Established in 1974, it is responsible for the exploration, development, and management of the country’s petroleum resources. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Petronas operates across the entire oil and gas value chain, including upstream exploration and production, downstream refining and petrochemicals, and renewable energy initiatives.   1. The PETRONAS e-Voucher is valid for redemption at all PETRONAS stations nationwide.
  2. The PETRONAS e-Voucher is valid for one (1) single transaction only. Any unused balance shall be forfeited and shall not be refunded.
  3. Multiple PETRONAS e-Vouchers can be redeemed in a single transaction.
  4. If the purchase value exceeds the PETRONAS e-Voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid using other accepted payment methods (e.g., cash, credit/debit card, or Setel e-Wallet).
  5. The PETRONAS e-Voucher is valid until the expiry date stipulated on the designated URL. Expired e-Vouchers will not be accepted.
  6. The PETRONAS e-Voucher is applicable for all fuel products, including PETRONAS Primax 95 with Pro-Drive, PETRONAS Primax 97 with Pro-Race, and PETRONAS Dynamic Diesel Euro 5 with Pro-Drive.
  7. The PETRONAS e-Voucher is strictly non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-returnable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. Revalidation or extension upon expiry is not permitted.
  8. The PETRONAS e-Voucher shall not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise exchanged for value under any circumstances.
  9. PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, unauthorized use, or destruction of the e-Voucher, and shall not be obliged to replace or refund its value.
  10. Redemption is subject to system verification and validation at the point of sale. In the event of technical issues, system failure, or network disruption, redemption may be temporarily unavailable.
  11. Any e-Voucher that is found to be duplicated, tampered with, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid shall be rejected.
  12. PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (PDB) reserves the right to amend, vary, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
