  2. Once you complete shopping, ask for gift card redemption at the payment counter.
  3. Present your Mooments gift card code at the redemption desk.
  4. Once the cashier/redemption person enters your Gift Card code in their system, please share the OTP or dynamic PIN as applicable with them.
  5. Redemption completed

  3. The dynamic PIN is valid for 20 minutes. Please refresh your Gift Card in case it has expired
  4. Please do not take a printout of the Gift Card code and PIN as the PIN is dynamic in nature with a validity of 20 minutes
  5. Redeemable solely for electrical appliances, electronic devices and accessories only, up to the stated voucher value.
  6. For amounts exceeding the voucher's value, the holder will bear the extra cost.
  7. Exclusions apply: Voucher is not applicable to Installation Fees, Home Delivery Charges, Courier Charges, Membership Fees, Utilities, and any other unspecified charges or services.
  8. A valid Senheng membership is required to utilize this voucher.
  9. This voucher is redeemable only once and cannot be exchanged for cash, either fully or partially.
  10. Multiple Senheng vouchers can be redeemed in a single transaction.
  11. Being a bearer voucher, Senheng holds the right to honor it upon presentation.
  12. Senheng are not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or destroyed vouchers.
  13. In events of returns or exchanges, only the actual paid amount will be refunded, excluding the voucher value.
